Retail Purchasing Policy

Our In Store Loyalty Cards are exclusive to our bricks and mortar retail stores in New Zealand and Australia, and credit can only be accrued or spent via our bricks and mortar stores. Our Loyalty Card system is super simple – it’s a physical card and we give one stamp for every $50 spent, after you have collected 10 stamps you can redeem the card for a $50 store credit! This can be used in any store in either New Zealand or Australia, but excludes the online store which has a separate customer loyalty programme. Discounted student purchases and trade orders do not accumulate loyalty stamps. You are welcome to redeem your loyalty card anytime, including during a sale and there are there are no expiry dates so you can save it for when you need it most! *Applies to full retail priced items only, no stamps can be given for discounted or sale purchases.

Please choose carefully as all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind. We offer free in store samples for you to take away to test, colour match or to show your dressmaker/tailor for suitability. Please follow the care guidelines we have provided on our website, as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics that have been laundered incorrectly. Please note that we recommend pre-washing any washable natural fabrics as we cannot take responsibility for fabric shrinkage. In the unlikely event that you find your fabric is faulty, please contact the store from which it was purchased. We ask that claims are made within 21 days of purchase and proof of purchase is provided.

Our bricks and mortar stores offer a mail order service for customers who live further afield & you get free shipping for purchases over $150! *Please note that our New Zealand stores can only process mail orders for customers who live in New Zealand and our Australian stores can only process mail orders for customers who live in Australia. Shipping prices vary between locations and will be provided to you at the time of order. For details about how to place a mail order, please contact your nearest store. Free shipping applies to full priced purchases over $150 and cannot be used for sale items or discounted purchases. Please note this offer applies to regular sized parcels - we are not able to ship fabric on rolls as part of this offer. Fabrics must also be purchased from a single store - if being supplied from multiple stores, freight charges may apply on the second courier cost.
